I've been working on this ENB for months , a lot of effort has been invested and it was created for the middle and lower computers, some things I took from Dizz Nicca but I've done most.
My configuration:
Intel Pentium Dual Core E2180,2.00 GHz
2 GB ram memory
nVidia GeForce GT 610 1 GB around 25-30 FPS
