Installation:
1. Replace "dff" folder to gta3.img using Alci's IMG Editor
2. Import "with" folder to gta3.txt with alpha and than clear camnorm using Txd Fu*ker
3. Import "without" folder to gta3.txt using Txd Fu*ker
