V3 UPDATE!

New Additions:
Wanted Level X's is cap to 12 total
Street Rival Gangs in Liberty City, doesn't come with cars
Helicopter spawn (audio loss bug occurs sometimes)
7 total Mini-Missions 1 in SA, 2 in VC, 4 in LC (Street Race is the longest mission)

Removed Features:
2 Side-Missions (Due to script limit/replace to mini missions)
4 Starter Cars

Changes:
Very much Stable when cops chase player at least in wanted level 1
Restored notoriety trigger when player crash any cars while driving
You will get notoriety if your or any gangs kill any police
Wanted Level will drop to 0 like GTAV if players aren't spotted by cops, killing any peds will increase delay time
Police nolonger carrying colt pistols they carry Desert Eagles
Notoriety nolonger reset to 0 when player 1 dies
Few more bug fixes
Give weapons instantly from the sandbox menu (Mini-Mission) Police type override remain untouched.

Still...there is no helicopters, boats, and jets and it needs alot of work and bug fixes (Oh I tested the firstHelicopters however the huge bug kills the whole sound like being muted makes me wanna to reload a savefile to fix the problem + my script is about to hit 68kbs but know its 67 kbs cuz helicopter spawn was unused)


To Start the special mission

Simple type "police" or "sandbox" to start

I have 2 version one with helicopter, one without helicopter.

Type in the cheat:
"CHEAT" to open up the settings and select any police types. The panel will pop up more cheats.
"QUIT" quit Street Race
"EXIT" or "GIVEUP" will abort the mission back to freeroam, fully.
"BLIND" hide all the police markers
"seenow"" show all the police markers
"nogangs" disable gangs
"gangback" enable gangs

Mini Mission version Cheats:

SANDBOX MODE CHEATS:
"hate1" all cops set to neutral
"hate2" all cops set to hostile if anyone carry any weapons including melee weapons
"hate3" all cops set to hostile to everyone
"hate4" all cops set to hostile to everyone execpt peds



to do the special mission type the cheat "POLICE" to start, Carl dont say anything "COP", carl say something, "SANDBOX" to start to sandbox mode no noteriety won't be trigger on killing random ped


Iusses:
Swats from the helicopter don't spawn (scared of height?)
Helicopter don't spawn at sea or Vice City however
Street Races, a single racer is being dumb or stuck (who cares anyway)
