The mod changes the characteristics of weapon values in the weapon.dat file.
Changes:
The "SPAS" shotgun and sawn-off shotgun will now have strong recoil.
The mod requires ModLoader.
Install: Just put the Modloader folder in the of where your GTA San Andreas.
