this is updated version from older version

this is a remake version of old sa warfare mod that i made in 2019. this mod is an event, not a mission. so this mod make san andreas at war (war everywhere). this mod can be enabled or disabled using global variable (for modder), see the readme / instruction inside the file.

crash fix, Bug fixes, heli fix, added sounds, and added 1 additional heli
