Better Weapon.dat

This is the weapon.dat i modified to be more fun to play and are inspired from GTA Vice City and Vice City Story (i'm really love those 2 games ngl).

What are changed?
- Increase the rate of fire
- Increase the damage
- Edited magazine size
- Decrease the spread when firing
- Fix Tec9 animation
- No Dual Wielding for Colt45, Micro Uzi, and Tec9
- Added 3 Option to choose

*Noted that by increasing the rate of fire means there will be some weird or the animation look too fast when firing using modded weapon.ifp.

How to install

Just put the weapon.dat to data folder or on the modloader folder, be sure you have a backup of the original weapon.dat incase you still want using the original one.

Problems and Bugs

- Nothing changed after installing
Be sure to check if you have any weapon.dat on the modloader folder or increase the priority on modloader.ini.

- The rate of fire still look the same or slow
If your game having a low FPS or your PC aren't that good then the rate of fire may look the same.

- The Animation is looking weird or too fast
As i said above, the animation may look weird for modded weapon.ifp except the Default and Vice City weapon.ifp (they are kinda fine).
If the animation is too fast for you, you can edited the animation speed so it will fit for your modded weapon.ifp.

Tips:
You can edit the weapon.dat without exiting the game so it will be easier for you to edited the weapon.dat as your liking!
