Police Woman will be spawn every all city of San Andreas, she can ability to drives a police car, patroling, working at police station, using guns, and many more.
also Medic Woman can only spawn in San Fierro while she drives an Ambulance car for arriving to checking a dead person.

This female police and medic skin were taken from SAMP.

What can't be done is:
She can't speak when she start shooting or hitting you, when you have a Wanted Level, also when you've been arrested.
