This mission is about a Hot Pursuit that is supposed to happen as you are the most wanted Racer in the whole San Andreas. As you are located by the Police, the whole SAPD is behind you now.
***Warning***
I recommend you to not use any car mods on the cops or your car, especially heavy car mods as it may crash the game. It isn't just a normal warning given by everyone, I have mods, and it does make my game crash. Well I disabled Peds and Cars for minimum crash possibilities. Even if you quickly went and killed an officer, you shouldn't worry about it as, I set the max. wanted stars to 2(Where only Bikes and Cars appear and pursue).
