Skrillex - Bangarang Loadscreen Sound for GTA:SA

I ripped the sound and make it compatible with SA Using Audacity.

**INSTALLATION : (For Those who doesnt know)
Use SAAT and Alci's SAAT GUI FrontEnd for Replacing the old sound with mine.
