Yes. If you to play as that pedestrian, install Skin Selector or just play in SAMP as him.

Player (CJ) doesnt has a specific DFF/TXD file. Player files are a lot and they are located in MODELSPLAYER.IMG

This mod is just replacing a pedestrian, like a Ballas skin for example (ballas1.dff/.txd)

Go watch a tutorial on youtube on "How to install skins"

@Uzzi47 what is the name of the files dff/txd of the player (I'm not very experienced with dff and txd files)

@Shyqy Gamer rename dracu.dff/.txd to, for example, fam3.dff/.txd.
Then put then inside modloader in a folder called "skins" for example
