this lets you be my favorite cartoon character Homer Simpson in gta sa as player model, it uses pawfect skin changer (a link is in the .zip). you don't have to be homer all the time and you can change to other peds if you want. i will add more characters such as darth vader but this is just to show off and homer is the collest person ever.
