eplace the "tshirtwhite.txd" with "tshirtwhite.txd" in player.img present in models folder
of gta sa use any img software
go to the binco present at the end of groove street
(also see picture of map in pics folder)
and go into the shop In Torso wear "white t-shirt"
and here it comes
