I made the Spear that Undyne uses in Undertale for San(s) Andreas.

I'm so sorry if the Spear looks terrible.

There are two methods for mods:
Method 1:
Open any IMG Editing tool (e.g Alci's IMG Editor)
Click on Import (remove if it exists)
Select the .dff and .txd files
Then click Save

Method 2 (I use this one more):
Download Modloader
in the Modloader folder, make a folder and then paste the files of the mod in it.
