This mod will change criminals into new forms. All you have to do is unzip the file, then go to the txd tool application, then go to android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files/texdb and go to gta3hi.dxt. Choose the uncompressed with alpha option. Then go to download. Then go to the folder that you unzipped. Then press select. Then press overwrite and press ok. That was all. Thank you all.
