Hi, I made New style Tommy for GTA Vice City by Detexki99.
Installation
1. Unpack the downloaded file
2. Open gta3.img with GTA Vice City / models with imgtool
3. Click F2, and then type player.dff and player.txd delete file
4. Click - add, and then find and add player.dff and player.txd from the extracted file
5. Start the game.
