Don't you think that our vice city boy tommy have boring outfits.....! I also thought and I made new skin And outfit for vice city player tommy. I customized hair style, I add cool beard, Black outfits with skull sign and GANGSTER written on his trouser And also there is little bit customization in Shoes....

---> For use that skin download the zip file and read notepad file in it and do as written in file and you will absolutely get GTA VICE CITY GANGSTER SKIN.
