not only that file, looks like lod is set too high in some files and this is constantly causing crashes at some mission moments. I suggest to not install, or you gonna suspect all your mods... Maybe i'll write fixed distances if there won't be too much of them

pc\data\maps\props\street\misc.ide is causing a "lazy" crash just use an original file (and better modify your own visualSettings.dat but idk if that can cause crash)
