Engine noise gone on all cars, and bycicle horn? Can you fix this? I actually want to ENJOY my gameplay...
It also made the gameplay less stable. Glitchy as hell.

Wow.. The bridge is a huge eye sore... it messed up the ferry and you added random roads that are underwater... and some of vice city where the bridge ends is cut off so there is just water... Really disappointed with this mod.. I wish i made backups.

I downloaded it and was impressed at the amazing attention to detail, except for the fact that you cannot enter it..

I tried opening the ZIP file, but it said it was invalid. Is there anyway to fix this? I REALLY want this car.
