Yes i doubled checked all everything is in the right place. Im guessing the reason for it not working is because im running GTA:eflc?

Hmm, can someone help me? I followed everything exactly said in the README , i went into my game and saw this yacht, but i cant land, walk or anything on it? how can i be able to walk on it? i didn't do anything wrong when installing?

This car keeps rolling over every time i turn? I changed the handling.dat to the one in the read me that comes with this car, and i also changed the vehicles.ide to the one in the read me, i changed it to the sultanrs vehicles.ide but crashes my game, so i currently use peyote, peyote, car, SULTANRS, SULTANRS, VEH@LOW, VEH@LOW_LE2_RI2, 100, 999, 0.2921, 0.2921, 0, 5, 1.0 ,1, ext_strong but it still rolls over? any help please :S
