I think each weapon has to have its own separate folder in Earshot due to conflicts with shoot.wav (or other files...), but the weapons folder does not need to have the same name as the weapons, only the .earshot file, this file has to have the name of the weapon (second line in weapon.dat example : TE4A1_MOD)
