These textures, and everything else, comes with bigger project I work on right now. It's called 'GTA Shady West' and it's available to download on moddb.
BETA 2 comes to moddb AND gtainside, and will bring some major changes to the mod. Stay tuned bro! biggrin

@evolutionX hey bro sorry for a bit late respond but nah, they are not tunable. You can repaint them or put nitro, but i didn't make custom tuning parts back then in 2015 xD i was learning many things back then
