@DuneRude i think you have big wheels because you don't installed the vehicles.ide data, otherwise i don't know, and the ingot can be later.

@HydraBR the programs that i use are LibertyV for original model extracting, GTA V Console Texture Editor for texture extract, WFT/XFT 2 DFF for converting to a readable 3d format and ZModeler2 for modelling.
