Can you improve how I change weapons and radios on the weapon and radio wheel cuz I'm in a laptop

One request.....add a timecyc.dat to this mod because I don't want to wait for the reflection to match the environment pls

I follwed all the instructions opened the game no crashes started a new game and enjoyed the game works 100% great mod,and is there a mod to have GTA 5 reflections on the cars?? Pls reply
