I fixed my game crashing by having a mod loader, creating a folder inside of the mod loader folder and pasting all the download files into the folder i created.
It worked, but, at least for me, the mod has many bugs and crashes.

It crashes my game at startup.

The best trainer for Grand Theft Auto IV.

Very good graphics mod.
