instruction is not clear. For example, you said (for sound file) 'Change file with OpenIV in Grand Theft Auto IVpcaudioSfxSTREAMED_VEHICLES.rpfSTREAMED_VEHICLES"

When I open STREAMED_VEHICLES file, I see many files named "0x....." . You do not write which file we should change/ replace.
