Try removing SweetFX or just the follow the steps that you can find inside the Readme file.
Now i'm on vacation but i'll be back with a new mod for the last patch, thanks!

If you guys want to change the key for reshade: Open the Global settings file inside the SweetFX folder and simply change SCROLL with your favourite Key bye
